VICE Impact / US Conference Of Mayors '17
Execution:
I joined the VICE Impact team in attending the 2017 US Conference Of Mayors to capture photos, video interviews and stories from the event. We successfully interviewed 40+ Mayors from some of the largest cities in the US asking questions about social and environmental issues. My role on the team was to scout/coordinate location, photograph event/interview and assist with A/V throughout video interviews.

US Conference of Mayors is a non partisan meeting of all Mayors from around the United States come together to set aside politics and talk issues. 2017 USCM was different from those in the past because for the first time only 10 Republican Mayors were in attendance and President nor Vice President decided to make their usual speech/appearance. With US Presidents decision to remove the country from the Paris Climate Agreement 400 Dem/Rep Mayors from around the US have signed an agreement themselves to agree to the standards set by the Paris Agreement.
